To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Any item that shows signs of use, damage, or tampering may not be accepted for return.

Along with your return request, you need to provide proof of purchase and a clear video of the delivered parcel. This helps us verify the condition of the product at the time of delivery.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe delivery, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of the refund. If the return is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 24-48 hours. The refund will be credited to your bank account within 4 to 10 days, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing time.

If you haven’t received the refund within the expected time, first check your bank account. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only applicable if you receive a defective or damaged item. In such cases, you can request an exchange for the same product by contacting us through email or WhatsApp. Once approved, you will need to return the defective item following the return process mentioned above. After receiving the item, we will send you a replacement within 4-10 business days.

Cancellation Policy

At MumaChoice, we understand that plans can change. You can request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order or before the product has been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact us via email or WhatsApp, providing your order details for a quick resolution.

Important Notes

Sale items are not eligible for refunds. Only regular-priced products can be refunded. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers must bear the return shipping charges. The time taken for exchanged items to reach you may vary depending on your location.
