Order Processing & Shipping Time

All orders are processed and delivered within 4-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. In case of a high volume of orders, shipments may experience slight delays. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.

We also offer dispatch within 24-48 hours, subject to product availability.

Shipping Address & Undeliverable Orders

Customers must ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. If you realize there is an error in the address, please contact us immediately at support@mumachoice.com or WhatsApp +91 92383 80571. There is only a small window to make corrections before the order is processed.

Orders that are returned to us due to incorrect shipping information will be subject to a restocking fee.

Lost or Stolen Packages

MumaChoice is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking status shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please report the issue to your local courier service or authorities.

Returns & Exchanges

Customers can return items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us via email or WhatsApp with proof of purchase and a video of the delivered parcel. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is out of stock at the time of purchase, we will either:

1. Wait until all items are available before shipping your order.
2. Contact you for an alternative solution.

Import Duties & Taxes

Any applicable import duties or taxes must be settled by the customer when the package arrives in the destination country. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
